Product Description
Following the huge success of his blockbuster weight-loss program, Paul McKenna has created a groundbreaking new book-and-CD set that will be welcomed by millions. It reveals the secrets of getting regular, deep, refreshing sleep—and banishing insomnia for good.
McKenna understands the frustration of not getting a good night’s rest, and his trademarked system—which consists of the book and CD working in harmony to reset your body’s natural sleep mechanism—is the solution every insomniac has been waiting for. Whether you find it difficult to fall sleep, wake frequently during the night, or get up too early, his method both increases the amount of sleep you enjoy and, crucially, improves its quality. And, one of the best things about McKenna’s technique, which took him 20 years to develop, is that you needn’t “believe” in it: just follow his instructions, listen to the CD, and watch what happens.

I Can Make You Sleep: Overcome Insomnia Forever and Get the Best Rest of Your Life!

What a wonderful refresher in all that helps one get the best sleep. Simple, truthful and basic, easy to adopt and quick results. I recommend it for all insomniacs or those with temporary sleep glitches due to life’s ’stuff’.
I have suffered with insomnia for a long time and have tried many products that made glowing promises to help. Now I have a drawer full of “great” products that offered the complete deep sleep that restores strength and energy back to normal. Some of these helped temporarily and I appreciate that. Some helped me get to sleep but gave me the mornIng after effect. One night while browsing on my computer when I should have been sleeping but dreaded to start another night of staring at the clock, my browser brought up the title of a book that got my attention, “I CAN MAKE YOU SLEEP”, by Paul McKenna. I thought that this was a very bold offer so I continued reading and the next sentence was the one that grabbed me, ” OVERCOME INSOMNIA FOREVER AND GET THE BEST REST OF YOUR LIFE!” I enjoyed reading this book and listening to the CD that comes with it and can honestly say that it has helped a great deal and the cost was a lot less than some of the pills and programs that I have tried.
P McKenna’s book and CD about how to improve sleep quality is a good tool when you need some fresch ideas on how to sleep better. It is clear, concise and interesting. I found the CD specially effective.
I like the simplicity of the recepies McKenna provides: I would like something more advanced after this one.

I first learned about Paul McKenna with the “I Can Make You Thin” products (oh, and btw, I lost and kept off 50 pounds). I burn the CDs on to my computer and then transfer them to my mp3 – the mind programming techniques are more effective in stereo. If you want more information about him, put in a search on his name on YouTube and see how he works one to one with people – even celebrities.
I have a little trouble with this CD only because my mp3 will either repeat this CD or move on to another song, which can be jarring if I can’t turn it off when this is finished – I just need to change my settings. Good product – I would highly recommend any of his products.
The author stated that even reading this book would make the reader sleepy and, indeed, I caught myself nodding off a couple times. The suggestion was the book should be read several times. However, the hypnotic CD came with a warning that those with certain neurological disorders should not listen, and the hypnotic CD is a major part of the “program.” The usual information about good mattresses, no television, comfortable dark sleeping room, and relaxing are all quite helpful, at least not harmful, but not exactly new revelations. Let me know how that tapping stuff works out!! The author’s comments concerning restless legs syndrome seemed uninformed, to me at least. And, his few comments concerning a previous book that walking a bit more would cause weight loss left me baffled. Reading the introduction to “Eat This, Not That” and the “Time” article “The Myth About Exercising” (August 17, 2009) put me in a different frame of mind. Frankly, I am not really interested in being hypnotized by someone who cannot even button his shirt properly. However, I am interested in hearing more from the folks who do hypnotize themselves again and again in search of Morpheus.
